It is proven that scientific and technical progress and humanization of social relations are critical factors in the transformation of the factor of production "labor force" into the factor "human capital." These processes act as catalysts that stimulate investment in a person, forming a stock of health, knowledge, abilities, skills, abilities, and motivations. This ensures the income of their bearer, increases labor productivity and contributes to the growth of society's welfare.
