Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study the impact of new food technologies on the development of regional economics and industry. The object of research is new food technologies. The subject of the study is the factors that ensure economic growth through new food technologies. The paper examines the concept of “new food technologies” (FoodTech), as well as the components of this term in the modern sense. In the practical part, a study is conducted of the factors influencing the development of the regional economy of the use of new food technologies. The results of a statistical study through correlation showed a strong dependence between the selected factors, based on the selection of which an economic and mathematical model was compiled that allows predicting changes in regional industrial production by managing the factors of the use of new food technologies. The scientific novelty of the research lies in substantiating the influence of new food technologies as factors in the development of the regional economy and industrial production. The article uses methods of information analysis of sources and synthesis of information, correlation and regression analysis.
