Abstract
The article analyzes scientific positions regarding the consideration of the problem of preparing a future teacher for the organization of legal educational work. It was noted that the preparation of the future teacher for the organization of legal educational work should be based on the legal regulation of his professional training. The need to implement special training of future specialists in higher education within the scope of their professional activities for legal educational work has been updated. Attention is focused on fundamental scientific investigations, constructive in the plane of the raised problem, where a thorough theoretical analysis of the development of legal education as a component of legal culture is presented, emphasis is placed on the need for a strong and deep assimilation of the content of legal education by the future teacher to ensure a sufficient level of legal education of students, the formation of their legal culture , the main tasks for mastering the content of legal education are highlighted: mastering the system of legal knowledge; formation of legal beliefs (legal awareness); mastering pedagogical skills to organize and conduct legal education at school in accordance with the tasks of educational activity based on the Concept of National Education in Ukraine; formation of a certain level of socio-legal activity of the teacher; the peculiarities of the formation of the content of the legal training of future primary school teachers in the conditions of graduate education are revealed, due to the strengthening of the norms and principles of natural law, which has an absolute character, the definition of the peculiarities of law as a normative and regulatory phenomenon, the specifics of the teacher's pedagogical activity and the peculiarities of the objects of his legal educational work. It is emphasized that it is the teacher, on whom the state entrusts the fulfillment of the social request regarding the legal education of the younger generation, who must be a model of positive legal awareness and behavior, properly realizing the legal support of his professional activity. Prospects for further research related to the disclosure of the specifics of the organization of legal educational work with students of primary education have been determined.
