Abstract

This study tried to examine the influence relations between variables by using authenticity leadership as independent variable; job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job performance as outcome variables, and supervisor load exchange relationship, organizational support perception as parameters. The results of this study are as follows. First, it is found that the relationship between supervisor load exchange and perception of organizational support is mediated by internalized moral perspective. Second, Exchange relationship had mediated effects, but they all had a significant influence and appeared to have mediating effects. It is believed that this is caused by the inability of employees to understand some internalized moral viewpoints and balanced information processing items among the items of authenticity leadership.<BR> Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the authenticity leadership of a luxury hotel not only raises the satisfaction of hotel employees in terms of the exchange of supervisors, but also improves the organizational commitment of hotel employees.
