Abstract
The article addresses the issues of emigration of the Crimean Tatars in the general historical context. It examines the problem in terms of the vision of its well-known Crimean Tatar educator in details. Reformer, educator, publisher, journalist Ismail Gasprinsky analyzed a number of articles of the author on this theme, which expressed its position on this issue.
