Abstract

The purpose of the study is evaluation of results of bubbling rehabilitation in treatment of aseptic wounds in experiment. The study was carried out on 48 white mongrel male rats. After simulation of aseptic wounds the rats were divided into two groups. In control group, the treatment of wounds was realized by changing of aseptic bandages 2 times a day with an interval of 8-10 hours. In addition to two-shift bandage in the basic group the software bubbling sanitation in 0.9% NaCl within 3 minutes during the morning ligation was carried out. Histological study was conducted on 1, 3, 5 and 7 days. In the preparations of the control group was lengthening of the terms of the inflammatory phase of wound healing, long-term preservation of necrosis in the muscle layer and uneven development and maturation of granulation tissue. Use of bubbling sanitation in 0,9% NaCl has led to a more rapid and complete the wounds cleansed of microorganisms and the products of tissue destruction, to the balanced development of the full granulation tissue and earlier closure of the wound defect. Higher efficiency of treatment of aseptic wounds by means of the developed method is proven and allows to achieve effective rehabilitation, to prevent the development of complications.
