Abstract

At present, innovative processes are taking place in the education system, and due to it, there is a large problem of training managerial personnel for the field. A literature review showed that management activity is based on the social needs of the region, on human capital, and the development of human resources. The training of managers is impossible without inclusion of a student into active project activities aimed at solving managerial problems. The authors analyzed the practice of multilevel training that prevails in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Future managers’ training includes: master’s programs, professional retraining courses, continuing education courses, as well as events aimed at improving managerial competencies, such as forums, business games, and competitions. Each level of training has its own objectives. The inclusion of future managers into a continuous and practice oriented learning process remains important at each level.
