Педагогические условия формирования профессионально-этической компетенции курсантов военного вуза: функциональный подход

Abstract

It is necessary to apply modern pedagogical technologies to implement the tasks on formation of the professional and ethical competence of the cadets of the military University. The leading position is occupied by the technology of personality centered education. The author of the article reveals pedagogical conditions which help to form the professional and ethical competence of the cadets. Special aspects of the use of the pedagogical methods and means of the general cultural development of the individual are revealed in the article. These special aspects are being implemented in accordance with the programme of the formation of the professional and ethical competence of the cadets. As a conclusion it is said that functional approach helps the teachers of the military University to comprehend the optimal strategy to implement the pedagogical conditions of the formation of the professional and ethical competence of the cadets of the military University.
