Abstract

The study discusses the organization of the educa-tional process of a departmental university on the formation and development of an individual as a subject of professional activity, which is one of the most important priorities for modernizing Russian education. Attention is drawn to the fact that the results of mastering the basic educational programs include personal requirements, including: the ability to self-development, the formation of motivation for learning and cognition, value-semantic attitudes, individual-personal positions, social competencies, personal qualities. The author analyzes the provi-sions of professionalization, combining personal and professional development, which has become the subject of research. Increasing the level of pro-fessional training of students of departmental uni-versities in the context of the formation of their pro-fessional and moral position is proposed through the use of scenario planning technology in the edu-cational process. The technology is characterized by the following elements: identifying key issues and external sources, developing a list of key factors, identifying trends, managing uncertainties, develop-ing storylines, scripting topics and presenting them. It is concluded that approbation of 2 scenario plan-ning technologies ensures the formation of a pro-fessional and moral position of students through the acquisition of competitive knowledge and stra-tegic experience for future professional activities.
