Abstract

This article is a symbiosis of the author’s research on the formation of budget system revenues, the realization of budget potential, as well as the development of important industrial enterprises and sectors of the economy. The impact of new sanctions-related challenges on the activities of industrial corporations is analyzed, which, in turn, leads to an impact on the stability of the budget system. Special attention is paid to the fact that, despite the sanctions, there are problems that hinder the effectiveness of the mechanism of interaction between the state and corporations.
