Abstract
The article analyzes the existing rights of jurors in criminal proceedings when considering criminal cases, considers the need to change the criminal law in terms of giving jurors the right to ask questions to persons being interrogated, and draws a conclusion about the shortcomings of the existing law in terms of giving jurors the right to ask questions to participants in criminal proceedings.
