Abstract

The focus on the increasing the quality of education requires special attention to the questions of the accompaniment the process of formal and informal teachers’ education. The experience of using a workshop as a special working form in the system of ongoing professional education aiming for the professionalization of teachers’ mentality is represented for the first time. The structure and the content of interactive activities for teachers (the programmes of module-formed workshops) directed to the development of constructive communication skills and the increasing the professionalization of thinking by using metacognitive components of professional supra-situational thinking are described in detail. The analysis of socio-psychological methods of working with teachers is carried out, the technologies of stimulating the professional cooperation providing personal development, extending cognitive complexity, increasing the level of professional pedagogical teachers’ mentality are described. The program described within the given technology can be useful to the managers of educational organizations, the managers of a methodical service, teacher-psychologists, social teachers and also to the teachers and students of psychological and pedagogical departments of universities.
