Abstract

The article analyzes the issue of using innovative technologies in the system of additional education for children. The necessity of introducing innovations as an important condition for the professional growth of teachers of additional education is substantiated. The stages of formation and development of the system of additional (extracurricular) education in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic are considered.
