Abstract
The article presents the results of a scientific analysis of the current state of supranational economic integration, which allows determining the key trends and determinants of the development of economic relations at the regional and global levels. It is established that some of the identified trends show both positive and negative effects on the international integration of economic relations. Projecting the identified sustainable directions of development of world economic relations on the Russian reality allowed us to identify and analyze the problems that arise in the field of integration of economic relations of Russia at the interstate level. Conducted economic and statistical analysis of the dynamics of total exports and imports of the Russian Federation for the years 1995-2016, and the dynamics of exports and imports over the period with foreign countries, with the countries of the CIS, Eurasian economic community and the Eurasian economic Union, which allowed to establish the dynamic periods of recessions and their causes. The adoption of economic sanctions by the West against Russia is taken as the first reason, and the internal difficulties of the development of the Russian economy are considered as the second reason. It is emphasized that an effective tool for the integration of Russia's economic relations at the supranational level can be the proposed algorithm for solving the problems identified in this area, the structure of which consists of three blocks: analytical, based on the analysis of the functioning of supranational economic formations; synthetic, including the justification of the rational mechanism and the definition of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of interstate economic integration; scientific and practical, aimed at implementing methodological recommendations for the implementation of the mechanism for implementing the processes of integration of economic relations at the supranational level. It has been inferred that Russia and its partner countries need to take operational measures to strengthen economic relations within the framework of integration entities, including on the basis of studying the accumulated experience of the functioning of supranational mechanisms of existing economic entities and evaluating its possible application in the practice of the development of economic relations of Russia in the regions of the world economy.

ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИЕ ОТНОШЕНИЯ РОССИИ НА НАДНАЦИОНАЛЬНОМ УРОВНЕ: СОВРЕМЕННОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ, ПРОБЛЕМЫ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ. Россия как одна из стран-лидеров глобального прогресса также испытывает настоятельную потребность в проведении исследований ключевых тенденций и факторов, определяющих эволюцию экономической интеграции в регионах мирового хозяйства, результаты которых – путем проецирования на российскую действительность – могли бы вскрыть существующие проблемы экономического взаимодействия России со странамипартнерами в рамках наднациональных экономических образований и наметить пути их решения.
