Abstract

Young people represent a huge resource of Russian society and opportunities for the development of regions, rural areas and the country as a whole. With the help of youth and state policy, it is possible to increase the social, economic and cultural level of rural development. The study of the youth environment contributes to the development of an effective social policy of the state in relation to young people. The study of the factors of migration of rural youth is an urgent aspect today, because these reasons are the guiding changes in adaptation strategies that young people seek to reduce. The negative factors affecting the migration of rural youth in Russia are the closure of agricultural production, the closure of social infrastructure facilities, which is accompanied by unemployment and the degradation of the younger generation in rural areas. Such trends pose a serious security threat for some regions and the country as a whole.
