الفحص الطبی قبل الزواج ودوره فی الحد من الأمراض الوراثیّة

Abstract

تناولت في هذا البحث : (موضوع الفحص الطبي قبل الزواج), تحدثت فيه عن: مفهوم الفحص الطبي قبل الزواج , وذکرت فوائد وسلبيات الفحص الطبي قبل الزواج. کما تناولت فيه أيضا, بيان العلاقة بين الفحص الطبي ومقاصد الشريعة , والأمراض المعدية والوراثية ,والتي تؤثر على الحياة الزوجية , کما تناولت , آراء العلماء في الفحص الطبي قبل الزواج, مع ذکر أدلة کل فريق ومناقشتها وبيان الراجح, ثم تناولت شروط الفحص الطبي قبل الزواج مع بيان الخطوات الإجرائية للفحص الطبي قبل الزواج The study dealt with the subject of medical research before marriage, in which she talked about the concept of pre-marital medical examination. She also mentioned the benefits and disadvantages of pre-marital medical examination. She also discussed the relationship between medical examination and the purposes of Shari'a, and infectious and genetic diseases that affect marital life. Before the marriage, with the evidence of each team and discussed and a statement of the most correct, and then dealt with the conditions of medical examination before marriage with a statement of steps, the procedure for medical examination before marriage.
