Abstract

The authors consider the staffing problem in sectors of the economy based on the interaction of secondary vocational education institutions and employers. It is noted that a system of institutional and economic conditions has not yet been established to attract enterprises to train qualified personnel for their needs. The search for an effective mechanism for synchronizing the capabilities of the secondary vocational education system and the needs of the labor market has resulted in the development of the project - “Professionalitet (vocationality)”. The article assesses its necessity, conditions and possibilities of implementation.
