Abstract

The research objective includes analysing domestic historiography on legal basis for multistructurality of the Soviet economy in the period of New Economic Policy. The article examines domestic historians’ views regarding normative-legal acts of the 1920s which provided a legal basis for multistructurality of the Soviet economy. Scientific originality of the study lies in the fact that relying on the legal norm interpretation, using data of historiographical and juridical sciences, the author provides a multidisciplinary analysis of the problem. The research findings are as follows: the paper reveals domestic scientists’ views regarding normative-legal acts of the NEP period and their legal consequences.
