Abstract

The article examines the problems of migration policy from the perspective of ensuring protection from interference in the internal affairs of the state. The authors explore the experience of foreign countries in this area of legal relations, as well as the results achieved in the Russian Federation and in its individual regions, contributing to strengthening the foundations of the state and society, conducting a balanced migration policy, successful adaptation and socialization of migrants, which contributes to the development of countries, the rapprochement of peoples, the development of tourism, mutual study of the history and culture of countries and, The main thing is to foster mutual respect for other countries and peoples, to protect state and national interests, and to prevent interference in the internal affairs of other states. Based on the results of the analysis of the material under consideration, the authors make proposals for improving regulatory legal acts.
