Abstract

The article is devoted to the directions of improving the efficiency of socially oriented business in the development of the rural territory. It is determined that for the social responsibility of business, forms are characteristic, which are reduced to charity, philanthropy, sponsorship. At the same time, such problems and shortcomings were identified as: not developing a clear order that determines the interaction and coherence of the actions of the business structure and management body of the rural territory; participation in the realization of social responsibility is not accompanied by a social or economic effect on the municipality often does not coincide with its development strategy. It is proposed to solve the identified problems by developing a mechanism where the initial data are possible scenarios of the socio-economic development of the rural territory and the contribution of the social responsibility of the business structure to solving its existing problems, the consistency of the target guidelines of the region and the rural municipal district. The next area of ​ ​ improving the effectiveness of socially oriented business in order to develop the rural territory is public confidence in municipal authorities. According to the authors, the increase in confidence in the institution of local self-government can be carried out on the basis of a municipal-private partnership, built at a new high-quality level, which will ensure a loan of public confidence in municipal authorities.
