Активизация взаимодействия местного сообщества и муниципальной власти в решении локальных проблем

Abstract

Introduction. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to involve the local community in solving local problems, optimizing the municipal management system, forming and accumulating the social capital of the local community. One of the problems is the passivity of using forms of cooperation between the local community and the municipal government. Research methods. The logical method, content analysis of normative documents, secondary interpretation of data from all-Russian monitoring sociological studies were used in the study. Results and discussion. In general, the potential of the local community in solving priority socio-economic tasks aimed at improving the quality of life of the population is not fully used. This, in turn, may be due both to the presence of organizational and managerial problems and to insufficient activity of the population, based on a low degree of public confidence in the institution of local self-government. Therefore, in order to activate these processes, it is necessary: 1) to increase the openness and informativeness of data on the activities of local self-government bodies 2) to increase the level of professionalism of municipal employees 3) to develop new forms of social cooperation in accordance with local specifics.
