Abstract

The article analyzes the possibility of ensuring decent work for all employees by legal means, including those inherent in labor law. Decent work is an opportunity for men and women to get decent, productive and sustainable work in conditions of freedom, justice, security and human dignity. Existing research has shown that decent work is of great importance for the implementation of the national development strategy, improving the sustainable competitive advantage of the organization and meeting individual labor needs. This article discusses the definition and structural aspects of decent work, and also proposes a theoretical basis for the mechanism of interaction between the perception of decent work, attitude to work and work behavior on both sides of the labor relationship.
