Abstract
In the article results of research of a social status of youth of rural territories of the Northern forest-steppe zone of the Republic of Bashkortostan in the conditions of modernization of agrarian economy are presented. The role of social factors locates in increase of economic efficiency of agrarian production is ascertained. Problems of the demographic situation, the migratory relations, employment and hiring, guaranteeing of habitation and improvement of housing stock of the rural territories which are directly defining conditions of social adaptation of young people to living conditions in the village are considered.
