Developing and implementing a development strategy requires not only flexibility and adaptability to changes, but also a high level of leadership skills and the ability to manage risks to achieve strategic goals. The substantiation of the proposal for the formation of a strategy for the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises makes it possible to more precisely approach the choice of alternative management solutions, create a strategic set and ensure the necessary balance in the functioning of agricultural enterprises. This contributes to the stabilization of the production of agricultural products and the receipt of sufficient income, which will allow enterprises to effectively ensure the process of extended reproduction.
