Abstract
The article discusses the existing problems associated with the adaptation of first-year students with disabilities, who have profound impairments of body function (totally blind, deaf, and lesions of the musculoskeletal system) in the educational process at the university. Cause-and-effect relationships were established in the existing difficulties of relationships with classmates, which depend both on the student and on the psychosocial climate in the group.

Summary
Abstract: the article discusses the existing problems associated with the adaptation of first-year students with disabilities, who have profound impairments of body function (totally blind, deaf, and lesions of the musculoskeletal system) in the educational process at the university. В зависимости от наличия и количества студентов с инвалидностью в учебной группе, имеющих глубокие нарушения (тотально слепые, глухие, поражение опорно-двигательного аппарата, с сопутствующими патологиями), требующие особого внимания и помощи при освоении учебной программы. 2012 г., имеет возможность и желание создавать условия для получения высшего образования студентам с инвалидностью и с ограниченными возможностями здоровья (ОВЗ).
