Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine the current development of e-government in the Republic of Bulgaria compared to that in the People‘s Republic of China (PRC). This paper conceptualizes a framework of political integration of the process of digitization of the public sector and the approaches for studying the Chinese and Bulgarian states, which maximizes the quality of services, increases economy and cost effectiveness.
