Abstract

Cultural and historical resources are of crucial importance for organizing regional domestic and inbound tourism. Altai Krai has significant potential for historical and cultural heritage, making the effective organization of a system for interlanguage communication one of the important issues in promoting tourist destinations in the region. The city of Barnaul has the greatest historical and cultural potential. The tourism development of cultural heritage can become an important factor in the development of the city's tourism industry. The article presents the results of a linguistic study of the registry of monuments of history and culture of the city, which is of interest in the field of translating regional discourse.
