Abstract

In this article, culture is considered as a resource for the development of constructive intercultural dialogue. The author pays attention to the functions of the state as a subject stabilizing the sphere of intercultural interaction, on the one hand, ensuring the implementation of cultural inheritance processes, on the other – ensuring the principle of multiculturalism, equal opportunities for the development and self-expression of representatives of various confessional and national subcultures and cultural diversity and renewal.
