Abstract

The article provides an analysis of the provisions of the domestic legislative framework and legal doctrine on the issues of scientific differentiation of types of illegal acts in the field of state and municipal procurement. The author's opinions and approaches are explored, criminal law statistics data for the last few years are presented, general theoretical problems on the stated topic are identified, and ways to resolve them are also outlined.
