Abstract

The authors describe a method for identifying methodological errors made in the process of determining the cadastral value using a spatial approach in order to increase the accuracy and objectivity of the results. An analysis and comparison of interpolation and clustering methods is also given, due to them the method of radial basis functions was selected to identify territories with significant discrepancies between cadastral and market values. Their subsequent study enables implementing an effective mechanism for controlling the calculation of cost.
