Abstract

Based on the research of two Confucian scholars of the ancient Chinese school of management thought, Confucius and Meng-tzu, this work provides an academic analysis and a general description of their work, discusses the differences between different types of management thought in order to clarify the principles of management described in it, and finally, the causes and factors leading to the development of and the change of managerial thought, which can be used as a reference material for research by students studying management, and it has a certain reference value for the development of a strategic view of human resource management of the ancient Chinese school of management thought.
