Abstract
The article is devoted to summarizing the evidential arguments and facts regarding the actualization of the inclusive development approach to solving the global human problems and specific states and their territories, and on this basis to determine the directions of its implementation. The current trends of the global human problems in the world and their manifestations in Ukraine are revealed, in particular those that are expedient to be solved by means of inclusive development approaches. Is substantiated that strategic guidelines at the state, community and human levels should be a combination of economic efficiency and social justice, distribution of public goods among different population groups and improvement of life quality.
