Abstract

In numerous cases, underground mining is characterized with decreasing reserve recovery rates and falling efficiency of the mining technology due to undue pulverization of ores during their extraction. Consequently, justification of technologies to reduce losses from undue pulverization of ores is a topical scientific and engineering task. Based on the use of a systematic approach and the modular principle of designing mining systems, it is proposed to separate such technologies into a geotechnological module within the framework of the ore stoping subsystem. Systemic characteristics of the main source of losses, the place of its formation and the technological methods to counteract it are determined to increase the objectivity in justification of such technologies at the stage of designing the mining technical system. Parameterization of the geotechnological module was carried out, which made it possible to structure the relationship of the technology for reducing losses from undue pulverization of ores with adjacent modules of the ore stoping subsystem, mining-geological, mining-technical, economic, natural-climatic and other conditions of the developed subsurface site.
