Abstract

Aim. Evaluation of the results of neurosurgical care for patients with arterial cerebral aneurysms at RRCEM.Material and methods. The results of surgical treatment of 282 patients examined and operated on for arterialaneurysms of the brain in the period from 2001 to 2020 in the Department of Neurosurgery of the RRCEM werestudied.Results. Arterial aneurysms of the brain are more often localized in the basins of the middle cerebral artery(182 patients; 64.5%) with a predominance of saccular forms (263; 93.3%) of medium size (195; 69.1%),with a prevalence of rupture in the basins of the middle cerebral and anterior cerebral arteries. arteries (32.9and 32.1%, respectively). The use of focal clipping in the surgical treatment of arterial aneurysms allowed toachieve a favorable outcome (GOS I, II) in 160 (56.7%) patients.Conclusion. Focal aneurysm clipping, based on three-dimensional MSCT modeling with visualization ofangioarchitectonics of the cerebral vascular bed, allows purposefully opening an aneurysm, minimizingtraumatization of surrounding tissues in the surgical corridor while maintaining radicality and increasing thesafety of intervention.
