Abstract

The article presents the practice of assessing the current state of the organization from a profitability standpoint. The criteria for choosing the optimal approach when planning measures to increase business profitability are defined. Key factors influencing the efficiency of cash flow generation in a strategic direction are designated. The components of a successful strategy for increasing a company's profitability affecting diversification, investment and routine tasks are identified. Recommendations for building key business processes in the organization have been clarified.
