Abstract

The article analyzes the original model of comical of B. Werber embodied in the novel «The Laughter of Cyclops» that led the writer to address theoretical works of H. Bergson — «Laughter» and S. Freud — «Jokes and Their Relation to the Unconscious» positions of which were transformed into imaginative structure of this work, and also considers the specifi city of «implicit interpretation» of the «comic concept» of G. Bataille by French writer
