Abstract
The article reports on the All-Russian Coordinating Meeting of the Heads of Dissertation Councils in Law and Political Science, which took place on April 25, 2023 at the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL). The issues of transition to a new model of state scientific certification, scientific examination of dissertation research, improvement of the activities of dissertation councils, current requirements for the forms of approbation of the results of scientific research, etc. are considered.
