ПРОФЕСІОГРАФІЧНИЙ ОПИС ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ВІЙСЬКОВОСЛУЖБОВЦІВ ЗА КОНТРАКТОМ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ГВАРДІЇ УКРАЇНИ УПРАВЛІНСЬКОГО СКЛАДУ

Abstract

The article considers theoretical and empirical aspects of professional study of the activities of specialists of extreme profile. The main components of the professional study of service and combat activities of servicemen of the military administration of the National Guard of Ukraine are revealed. The professional profile of the military administration serviceman under the contract from the commander of branch to the chief sergeant of the battalion where the maintenance of service and combat activity, sanitary and hygienic conditions and safety of work, requirements of a profession to the serviceman, his general and special preparation is defined in the most detail is developed. The psychogram of military administration serviceman under the contract outlines the psychological requirements of the profession to the individual psychological and professionally important qualities of the serviceman. It is determined that for military administration serviceman under the contract the leading qualities are: communicative competence, a wide range of behaviors in conflict situations, observation, coordination of subordinates, emotional and volitional resilience, ability to make decisions in extreme conditions, responsibility for subordinates, institutional patriotic) motivation, have a low value of selfish (pragmatic) motivation. The psychogram also outlines psychodiagnostic techniques that can be used to determine the presence of the required psychological characteristics of military administration serviceman under the contract of the National Guard of Ukraine and use the data in forecasting the effectiveness of military service in this position or the feasibility of its use in other activities.
