Abstract
An attempt was made to systematize and generalize the results of our own experiments, as well as available information on the impact of variable low-frequency electric fields on liquids of different polarities. The influence of the electrophysical impact was revealed on the examples of polar substances (containing hydrogen bonds) – water, ethanol, octane-non-polar alkane. The probable mechanism and forecast of practical use of those effects on a number of substances of different polarities were proposed. The article is debatable.
