Abstract

The article discusses the materials of the Paleolithic quarry workshop at the outlets of red-brown jasper in the left bank of the Charysh river. The monument is located 20 km upstream from the village. Charyshskoye (Charyshsky district of the Altai Territory). The monument contains chips and fakes, nucleoid products, tools, bifaces, bumpers. Some of the chips have remnants of faceted impact pads. This is evidence of a fairly early dating of the complex within the Paleolithic period.
