Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of organizational culture and leadership of technology SMEs on psychological capital and organizational effectiveness. For the data collection of this study, 479 effective questionnaires were used as statistical analysis data using Google questionnaires for those engaged in technology SMEs in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnam-do from August 9 to September 8, 2021. The analysis results are as follows. First, the hypothesis that the organizational culture and leadership of technology SMEs will affect psychological capital was analyzed. As a result, it was found that group culture, development culture, rational culture, and conditional compensation had a positive (+) effect on self-efficacy. In addition, group culture, rational culture, and conditional compensation also had a positive (+) effect on resilience. Second, as a result of analyzing the hypothesis that psychological capital will affect organizational effectiveness, we found empirical evidence that self-efficacy and resilience had a positive (+) effect on innovative behavior, and resilience had a negative (-) effect on turnover intention.
