Abstract

The organizations of the agro-industrial complex (AIC) are focused on ensuring high quality of agricultural products, while the implementation of quality management systems in accordance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015 in these organizations is not active enough. Sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex can be ensured through the use of process and risk-oriented approaches. The purpose of the study is to apply a risk-oriented approach to the processes of organizing the agro-industrial complex, to propose measures to reduce or eliminate risks. The essence of the research methodology: to test the method of applying risk-oriented thinking on the two main processes of organizing the agro-industrial complex, to draw the appropriate conclusions. The main results of the study: an assessment of the degree of implementation of the classification characteristics in the organization of the agro-industrial complex was carried out, on the basis of which a method was chosen for assessing risks; during the analysis of the process Harvesting at the site revealed the main undesirable event - a malfunction of the combine; for the process of Making flour the main undesirable events are long-term storage of grain with access to light, equipment malfunction; proposed measures to reduce or eliminate the emergence of identified risks.
