Abstract
The article describes the linguodidactic foundations of the course on teaching culture of scientific speech for graduate students of a technical university. The article presents the content structure of this course and its accompanying textbook, aimed at familiarizing students with the specifics of the language of science, the subfields and genres of scientific speech, the features of the compositional and semantic organization and language design of the scientific text.
