Abstract

After the adoption of the Law on Education, educational institutions of large cities of Russia began to participate in market economic relations (tenders, exhibitions, etc.), practicing economic management models inherent in commercial structures. This trend has caused not only positive developments in the property provision of the educational process, but also difficulties in managing the labor potential of schools and other educational institutions. The article reveals the problematic issues of managing the labor potential of an educational institution and suggests a system of measures to reduce the severity of such problems.
