Abstract

The relevance of the topic of the article is determined by the need to improve bank lending as an effective way to solve the problem of economic development of agricultural enterprises. The reasons behind the difficulty of lending to small agricultural enterprises have been identified. The general factors constraining lending to agricultural enterprises are examined. The analysis of the factors ensuring the formation of the credit services market was based on the assumption of the need for a balanced presence of conditions on the part of supply and demand factors. The reasons for the low effectiveness of government policy measures to create credit mechanisms are identified. Proposals have been formulated to increase the availability of credit in the context of the efficiency of banks serving agricultural enterprises. Measures have been proposed to improve credit support for the agricultural sector of the economy.
