Abstract

Targeted education mechanism in higher education institutions is a system of personnel training for different regions and spheres of economy. An applicant signs a contract with a company which then leads to working for a period of time in this company after graduation. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of personnel training mechanism for digital economy. The empirical base of the research is statistics through 2017–2022 provided by Ministry of Science and Higher Education. As a result, the key problems were determined as well as foreign experience in target training was evaluated.
