Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the correspondence between the academic model of a graduate in the specialty “Management” and the real requirements of the modern labor market. To investigate the requirements for the competence of management specialists in the domestic labor market, the analysis of the results of the survey of employees in the field of management and heads of organizations and relevant departments was carried out. Objectives of the research: 1) whether the competencies of young specialists obtained in the process of training fully meet the requirements of the labor market; 2) whether employers are fully satisfied with the competencies of young specialists obtained in the process of training. According to the results of the study, the competencies of young specialists do not fully meet the requirements of the labor market and employers’ expectations.
