Abstract
The article analyzes corporate culture values in terms of their place and functions in the system of organiza-tion’s system of labor relations. A number of definitions, revealing the essence of the concept of “values” are given. On their basis, the author’s vision of the problem is represented. The peculiarities of axiological sphere of organizations functioning under market and administrative-command economy conditions are described. The author summarizes that in the first case the values of corporate culture are influenced by many external factors, which creates favorable conditions for personal self-development, while the directive approach to or-ganization management is characterized by the lack of alternative in the axiological sphere, regulated “from above”. It is emphasized that the key functions of corporate culture values should be considered normative, regulatory, motivational, evaluative, socializing, cognitive, each of which is responsible for its sector of social and labor relations. Conclusion dwells upon the fact that the system of the latter consists with corporate culture values in the functional connection, forming conditions of their realization and being a source of changes of each other.
