Abstract
The article is devoted to the line of legal protection of rights of victims in cases of administrative offenses provided for in Article 12.27 of Russian Code of Administrative Offenses. The author reveals legal gaps and opportunities for abuse by offenders at the stages of administrative investigation and consideration of case by judges, provides recommendations for filling them and taking into account in law enforcement.
