Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze modern technologies for the formation of business communication skills in English among students of non-linguistic universities. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that the paper considers the features of the implementation of small talk technology in teaching business English to students of non-linguistic specialties. As a result, the relevance of the study of technologies for the formation of business communication skills among students of non-linguistic universities was established, the main components of the modular small talk technology were identified, the content of the educational material that contributes to the implementation of the identified components was analyzed.
